Welcome. By visiting my website, booking a session, or purchasing any of my digital resources, you agree to these Terms of Service. I offer emotional support, healing facilitation, and transformative guidance. Everything I provide is created with care, integrity, and respect for your personal journey.

These terms help both of us stay clear, safe, and supported.

2. What I Offer

I provide one-on-one emotional healing sessions, audio tools, digital downloads, online experiences, and supportive teachings. My work is rooted in energetic awareness, emotional clearing, intention, and personal growth.

Everything I offer is designed to help you expand, soften, release what no longer fits, and step into the next version of yourself.

3. Not a Substitute for Therapy or Medical Care

Although the work can feel therapeutic, I am not a medical professional, psychologist, counsellor, or crisis worker. My sessions and materials do not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition.

You understand that:

• I offer energetic, intuitive, and emotional support

• You remain responsible for your own wellbeing

• You must seek professional medical care if needed

My work sits alongside your healing, not in place of it.

4. Booking and Sessions

All sessions are scheduled through Calendly. When you book, please make sure your details are correct and that you will be available at the chosen time.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule once with at least 24 hours’ notice using your Calendly link.

Late arrivals and no-shows

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, or do not attend, the session is considered used. No refunds are given for missed appointments.

This protects the energetic container and honours my time and yours.

5. Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe in a secure, encrypted environment. You may see prices listed in USD while payouts are made in NZD.

Payment is required at the time of booking, and I do not receive or store your card information directly.

6. Intellectual Property

All audio recordings, methods, digital files, writings, frameworks, and session materials are my intellectual property. You are welcome to use them for your own personal healing, but you may not share, copy, distribute, or repurpose them without written permission.

7. Results Disclaimer

Everyone’s healing journey is unique. Because of this, I cannot promise specific outcomes, timelines, or relationship results.

You understand that:

• Your transformation depends on your participation and integration

• Sessions may bring emotional intensity, release, or shifts

• You are responsible for how you use the material

I am here to guide, but your path unfolds in partnership with you.

8. Confidentiality

Anything shared in a session is confidential, unless required by New Zealand law (for example, if there is risk of harm to yourself or others).

I value your privacy deeply and will always hold your story with respect.

9. Data and Privacy

I use platforms such as Calendly, Stripe, MailerLite, and Typeform to deliver services. When you book or download something, these platforms may collect information such as your name, email, and payment details.

I do not sell your information or share it beyond what is necessary to deliver your purchase. You may unsubscribe from emails at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by New Zealand law, I am not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. By working with me, you agree to participate voluntarily and acknowledge the possibility of emotional shifts and temporary discomfort as part of your transformation.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service follow the laws of New Zealand. Any dispute will be handled within New Zealand’s legal jurisdiction.
