I AM A COACH OF 20 YEARS, A MOTHER TO TWO LIFE ENRICHING TEENS, AND A LIFE PARTNER TO MY BEST FRIEND FOR 30 YEARS.
The truth is… there is likely very little of your story that I cannot resonate with on some level or volume of. My family of 7 was an emotional soup of gripping Illness, sadness, grief, betrayal, depression, addictions and trauma,
From as early as i can remember it was increasingly becoming my mission, to help improve emotional states for myself and those around me . I sought and learned from meta physical masters of all modalities where they were genuinely kind without expectations, loving without need, talented without ego, giving without wanting, abundant without force, I learned from these powerful souls who were on a similar path of purpose. Wherever we are there is continuing room for growth, clearing of the old & expansion in to the new, to have love, quality & forgiveness filter in to every area of life is an ever-evolving practice.

It’s the work no one applauds, the closet no one sees. But it’s the most powerful work we can do. Thoughts are things. Energy is everything.
